My Research Project:

For the class AT Science Research we chose a project of our own interest to research into. My project dealt with looking at ways to reinnovate air conditioning, looking for a way to eliminate the use of refigerants for cooling while keeping the air conditioning system as electrically efficient as possible. I chose to look into the use of thermoelectric cooling, which is a method of cooling that uses the Peltier effect to create a temperature difference between two sides of a material with a water/ice radiator. I compared this difference to a traditional metal fin radiator's temperature difference.
